Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our online store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart, Using the Add to Cart button displayed within each listing. A background window will open up with a link to Paypal. (see Paypal description for further information). Once you have completed your order click on the Paypal page where your order has been stored and click Pay Now. This will take you to a secure site where your payment information will be taken.

Miahs Party Store will use the information you provide us with for Marketing purposes and to notify you of any improvements and enhancements to our online stores. We would also like to keep you informed of any special offers that we think may be of interest to you. Miahs Party Store WILL NOT disclose your personal information to any third parties.

All orders will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of payment.

We offer a 7 Day money back guarantee or exchange as long as the item(s) that are unopened and intact.

Miahs Party Store, are determined to get your order to you in a perfect condition. However we cannot control the courier service. If your order arrives with any damage or faults, Miahs will exchange the item(s). The customer must first return the faulty or damaged products to Miahs following the instructions for returning items below. After inspection if the item(s) are found to be faulty then a replacement will be dispatched.

P&P costs are standard to all items and are shown below:

Delivery of Goods

All orders will be processed within 2 days of receipt of payment and dispatched out to the customer. All items are dispatched with a tracking number. If your order does not arrive, contact us and we can give you the details of the record of your dispatch for follow up.

Pricing and Availability

Miahs Party Store, try to ensure that all information is up to date with availability information. Where possible showing the item as out of stock. Please note you will still be able to order the item(s) shown as out of stock but these will not be dispatched until the are in stock & available. Should we not have the exact design as shown in the photos available, we shall endeavour to send you a like item of the same character

All Price are inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate of 20%).

Returns Policy

If you decide you no longer want your goods you can return them to us (within 7 days of receipt). You must email us your Name, Address and Order number along with the date of your purchase and item(s) being returned. This is to ensure that we can initiate your refund. Your refund will be via your original method of payment, i.e. cheque or Paypal. If your payment has been made with a postal order then your refund will be issued via business cheque. Your refunded payment will include the cost of your order. You will not be refunded any P&P costs.
