Q: What should I do if I do not receive my order?

A: All orders are sent via recorded Delivery. In the first instance please call us on :01992 71 61 51 (and speak with Jean our Dispatch Manager) Mon-Fri 0900 - 1700 hours. Please note: It may be necessary to take information from you and the call you back with the details for your order - due to the volume of orders received.
